So I'm starting this blog for two reasons. One, to start experimenting with fresh, healthy, inventive ingredients. And two, to share these finds with friends and family.
I used to cook alot and somehow gave into my laziness and lost my way. This is an attempt to leave the junk food and binge drinking (I'm getting too old for it) and trade it in for some shiny new cuisine and remember what its like to appreciate what goes into my body and have fun with it.
I'll upload a recipe here and then with a picture and my own critique, and I invite you all to join and share in this as well.
